[root@spearow i686]# ls
ndas-admin-1.1-24.i686.rpm
ndas-kernel-1.1-2.6.24.7_desktop_1mnb.24.i686.rpm

these files install only with rpm-ih - nodeps *. rpm otherwise you make a mistake
roerror: Dependencies failed:
root@spearow i686]# rpm -ivh ndas-admin-1.1-24.i686.rpm ndas = 1.1-24 necessita di ndas-admin-1.1-24.i686

then we need to install forcing

How to get the rpm from rpm.bin file

Download the file and execute the *.bin file to get the binary rpm. you should agree the License Terms. 

$ /bin/sh ./ndas-kernel-1.0.2-2.5.12_12mdk.24.i686.rpm.bin
...
...
# rpm -ivh ndas-kernel-1.0.2-2.5.12_12mdk.24.i686.rpm
# rpm -ivh ndas-admin-1.0.2-24.i686.rpm

Build from tarball

Don't install above driver if the driver is not for the version of your kernel. Build the custom driver with this instruction
